The Beauty Drop subscription costs £25 of which only £20 is added to your Beauty Drop balance. The £5 monthly service fee helps to fund four boxes a year. When you return a purchase paid for using Beauty Drop credit, the amount redeemed will be refunded onto a Liberty e-gift card which will be emailed to you. Sometimes, we're unable to take your monthly payment due to an issue with your payment card. This will need updating before we can take payment and add credit to your account. More information on failed Beauty Drop payments can be found here.
Alternatively, if you resubscribed to The Beauty Drop, your online account will show the available credit on your most recent subscription and not the outstanding credit from a cancelled subscription. To check your total balance, login to your account, go to The Beauty Drop section on your homepage and select 'Email me my vouchers' as seen below.
