You can find your Loyalty voucher in the email we sent you on voucher issuance month or on a physical voucher if sent via post. Voucher issuance months are in January, April, July and October. The latest reward voucher was sent by email on 4th October, we recommend checking your spam folder. Please note, Loyalty vouchers are not stored on your online account.
If you return an order paid for using a Loyalty voucher, the amount redeemed will be refunded onto an e-gift card which will be emailed to the address used to place the order.
If you’re unable to locate your Loyalty voucher or refunded e-gift card, please contact Customer Services and let us know your full name, the email address registered to your Loyalty account and the order number for the refunded purchase if applicable.
