Providing you earned enough points between 1st September and 30th November, eligible points were removed from your account on the 30th November so they can be converted into a Loyalty reward voucher which you can spend in-store or online. You will receive this Loyalty voucher by email in January 2025, please check your inbox and junk folders nearer the time.
Any points that didn't meet the threshold for this voucher will remain on your balance and counted towards your April 2025 voucher.
Points removal and voucher issuance happens four times a year, please see the table below for calendar dates.
