How do I return an online order? (UK)

To use our free returns service, you'll need to create a DPD label. Print it out, attach it to your parcel (ensuring old labels are removed) and take it to a DPD pick-up location. 

If there isn't a DPD location near you or you don't have access to a printer, please contact Customer Services. You can also return your online order by visiting Customer Services in-store on floor 3.

Items purchased online must be returned within 30 days and in their original condition. If a complimentary gift was issued with your purchase, this must also be returned. For more information please view our Online Returns Policy.
